All equipment sold is new and comes with a limited manufacturer's warranty. Proof of purchase from authorized dealers is required. You can contact our customer service for more information.
According to the manufacturer's policy, items can only be returned if they were purchased through xsteameurope.com. All purchases made by other suppliers cannot be returned.
Warranty exchange is available for manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
Items are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. If any part is found to be defective, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Shipping costs will be charged upon completing the exchange; this includes the shipment back to you.
This warranty does not apply to a unit that has been subjected to misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, or has not received routine maintenance. Such damage will be repaired at the normal repair service rate.
Xsteam Europe is in no way responsible for incidental, special or consequential damages.
